Shipping Policy

Please note that we do not offer shipping services across Canada at this time. All orders must be collected in person at our store located at 127 Copper Road, Whitehorse, Yukon.

Return Policy

At Total North Communications, we aim to ensure the highest satisfaction with your purchases. If you are not satisfied with your item, it may be returned under the following conditions:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns are only accepted within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.
